Full Prepayment : Full course fees are due prior to the start of the course.

We are excited to help you gain valuable skills and knowledge through our online courses. This policy outlines the enrollment and payment process for all our courses. Please read it carefully before enrolling.

Payment Terms

Payment Plans : For installment plans, a 50% down payment is required before the start, with the remaining 50% due at the beginning of the course.

Payment Methods : Fees may be paid via online payment systems Vodafone Cash or directly at the academy's physical location.

- A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received within 14 days of payment or at least 7 days prior to the course start date (whichever is earlier), subject to a 15% administrative fee deduction.

Cancellations and Refunds

- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
- No refunds will be granted for any partially completed courses, or once you have accessed any course content.
- BDB Workshop expects all participants to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment.
-We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any trainee's enrollment for disruptive behavior, failure to comply with course guidelines, or other conduct we deem inappropriate.
- Trainees who have their enrollment terminated for the above reasons will not be eligible for a refund.
- BDB Workshop is not obligated to provide specific clarification for such terminations.

Attendance and Absence Policy

Responsibility : Trainees are fully responsible for attending all scheduled lectures.
The academy is not obligated to provide make-up sessions. Management reserves the right to with hold certification from trainees who violate attendance rules.

Course Postponement Policy

Acceptable Absence Rate : The maximum allowed absence rate is 20%. Exceeding this may result in course cancellation, ineligibility for a course certificate, and no tuition or fee refunds.

Technical Support And Materials : Trainees gain access to technical support groups and course materials only upon full payment of all fees

Postponement Due to Urgent Circumstances : Trainees facing unavoidable circumstances preventing attendance may request a postponement after notifying the training staff. Determination of postponement eligibility rests with the academy, including rescheduling the postponed lecture (subject to availability & maximum class size limits). Postponement is limited to a maximum of two lectures.

Academy Scheduling Flexibility : The academy reserves the right to adjust certain dates due to unforeseen circumstances, with prompt notification provided to trainees.

Changes to Courses and Content

BDB workshop reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course content, format, or delivery method at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of any significant changes.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All course materials, including lectures, videos, notes, and other content, are the intellectual property of Marketing Agency or its licensors. You are not permitted to share or distribute course materials without our express written consent.
